DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Zippyshare (zippyshare.day) complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content hosted on Zippyshare infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to support@zippyshare.day containing all of the following:

• Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
• The direct URL(s) of the specific file(s) on zippyshare.day that you allege infringe your copyright.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Our Process

• We review all properly submitted DMCA notices promptly.
• Files subject to valid notices are taken down within 48–72 hours of receipt.
• The uploader is notified of the removal and provided information about filing a counter-notice.
• Repeat infringers have their accounts permanently terminated.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@zippyshare.day containing:

• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the removed material and the URL where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10 business days, the content may be restored.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Zippyshare maintains a strict repeat-infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts permanently suspended and all their files removed from the platform.

6. False Claims Warning

Submitting a DMCA notice with false or misleading information may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages and attorney fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
