  • Malware & Malicious Software: Viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, keyloggers, or any software designed to cause harm.
  • Copyright Infringement: Files that violate intellectual property rights. See our DMCA Policy for the takedown process.
  • Phishing & Fraud: Files used to impersonate legitimate services, steal credentials, or conduct financial fraud.
  • Hate Speech & Violent Content: Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hatred based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation.
  • Privacy Violations: Non-consensual sharing of personal data, intimate images, or doxxing material.
  • Spam: Using Zippyshare to distribute unsolicited bulk content or links.

3. How to Report Abuse

To report prohibited content, send an email to support@zippyshare.day with the following information:

  • The direct URL of the file on zippyshare.day.
  • The category of abuse (e.g., malware, CSAM, copyright, phishing).
  • A brief description of why you believe the content violates our policy.

You may report anonymously, though providing contact information helps us investigate more effectively.

4. Our Response Process

  • All abuse reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent cases (CSAM, malware) are acted upon immediately.
  • Confirmed violations result in the file being taken down immediately and the uploader account being investigated.
  • Repeat offenders are permanently banned and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
  • We will notify the reporter of the outcome where contact details are provided.

5. Law Enforcement Requests

Zippyshare cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies acting under lawful authority. Requests for user data or content preservation must be submitted via official legal process to support@zippyshare.day.

6. False Reports

Submitting false abuse reports in bad faith to have legitimate content removed may result in your account being suspended and potential legal liability.
